Job summary

Next Level Solutions seeks an Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery to unify the PMO and Delivery Lead departments and own the end-to-end health of project delivery. You will partner with the SVP of Delivery to align strategy, staffing, KPIs, budget, and client outcomes across complex technology programs.

In this high-impact role, you will coach leaders, govern delivery standards (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), and drive enterprise KPIs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the technology services industry, with 7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record leading project/program delivery and governance functions; experience with budgets of $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for performance, quality, and delivery outcomes of PMO and Delivery Lead departments.
• Directly lead, coach, and evaluate PMO leaders and Delivery Leads through strategic direction and performance management.
• Set and execute annual strategic goals for PMO and Delivery Lead departments with senior leadership.
• Align solutions to business objectives and influence key client decisions.
• Lead PMO strategy, staffing, resourcing, and methodology standards (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).
• Ensure iDAP and Playbook are followed across implementations and SOWs.
• Develop and report enterprise KPIs and delivery metrics to drive action plans.
• Manage the combined PMO and Delivery Lead budget; monitor finances and resources.
• Resolve escalated delivery risks and serve as executive escalation point for complex engagements.
• Foster continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation including AI adoption.
• Lead succession planning and 360-degree feedback for department leadership.
• Coordinate with sales, account management, and delivery to align resources and outcomes.
