Job summary

ClearGov is hiring a Senior Manager, PMO to build and scale the project management function. This role leads a hands-on, player-coach PMO team, designs repeatable processes, and coaches future leaders as the company grows toward $150M ARR.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs, governance, and data-driven delivery across public-sector client engagements. Remote work is supported across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/program management with 3+ years leading a PMO
• SaaS experience, ideally GovTech/public sector
• Experience scaling PMO from early stage to repeatable practice
• Direct experience with executive-level client escalations
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, ChurnZero, or Gong

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing PMO team
• Stand up governance model, methodology, and delivery playbooks
• Define intake-to-close workflows and scalable delivery processes
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for project health and delivery
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering for smooth handoffs
• Lead executive status reviews and steering committee meetings
