Job summary

Security State Bank & Trust in Texas seeks an AVP Loan Operations to oversee loan intake, documentation prep, and review, reporting to the VP Loan Operations. You will ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and SLA adherence across commercial, consumer, and real estate loans.

You will coordinate workflows in nCino, supervise staff, and partner with Credit, Compliance, Closing, Servicing, and Lending teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
5–7 years of banking or loan operations experience.
2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial, consumer, real estate loan documentation.
Experience with LaserPro, nCino, and workflow automation.
Understanding of TRID and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of loan intake and documentation.
Coordinate workflows and staffing to meet SLAs.
Coach staff and promote a compliant culture.
Review and validate loan documents before closing.
Monitor pipeline, turnaround times, and controls.
Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Servicing teams.
