Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP of Loan Documentation to lead the Commercial Loan Documentation team in Saint Louis. The role focuses on workflow management, accuracy of documents, and regulatory compliance across all loan types.

You will review documents, train staff, and partner with Loan Operations, Compliance/Legal to ensure timely closings. A bachelor's degree is preferred and 6–8 years in loan documentation with 3–5 years of management is expected.

Qualifications

• Six to Eight years loan documentation experience, specializing in Commercial Loans.
• Three to Five years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Loan collateral requirements.
• Familiar with title work, flood requirements, entity documents and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the commercial loan documentation team and manage workflow to meet SLAs.
• Review loan documents for all loan products to ensure terms match approvals.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and provide staff training as needed.
• Conduct monthly quality control reviews and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations, Loan Coordinators and Compliance/Legal teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents in the documentation system; provide training when needed.
• Assist with special projects and system enhancements updates.
