Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Five years of job-related experience preferred, ideally in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and maintenance of loan and credit files. Prepares various loan documents for loan officers ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Provides clerical and customer service support to the bank lobby.
• Processes and follows up on new and renewal documents, processes renewals on real estate files.
• Prepares packets that include plans/cost breakdown for the appraisal department. Prepares the loan set up sheet.
• Processes and closes loan documents in person with customer.
• Performs teller duties including cash, check and deposit transactions, wire transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and balancing cash drawers.
