Citizens Alliance Bank seeks a VP Loan Administration Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Loan Administration function. You will govern operations, drive standardization, and oversee staffing, workflows, and technology to support lending activities in alignment with bank policy.

The role partners with Credit Administration and IT to optimize systems, reporting, and governance while delivering excellent service to lenders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of banking, lending operations, loan administration, credit administration, or related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and banking operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Loan Administration personnel supporting lending operations across the organization.
• Establish staffing models, workload balancing strategies, training programs, and succession plans.
• Ensure lending support functions provide timely, accurate, and consistent service to lenders, internal partners, and customers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between lenders, branch staff, Credit Administration, Compliance, Training, and other business units.
• Evaluate end-to-end lending support workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives designed to reduce turnaround times and improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop, monitor, and report operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure department performance and identify trends.
