Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a VP Loan Administration Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee loan administration operations. You will standardize processes, drive efficiency, and manage staffing and technology initiatives to support lending activities across the organization.

You will partner with IT and business leaders, report to the Chief Banking Officer, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve service, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in banking, lending operations, or credit administration.
• Minimum three years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: advanced banking education or professional certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Loan Administration personnel.
• Establish staffing models and succession plans to support growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate lending support services to lenders and customers.
• Facilitate collaboration between lenders, branches, Credit Administration, and Compliance.
• Evaluate workflows and drive efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround times.
• Develop and report operational metrics and KPIs for department performance.
• Partner with IT to optimize lending systems and related technologies.
• Identify automation opportunities and champion tech solutions.
• Coordinate feedback, testing, training, and adoption of system enhancements.
• Assist with lending technology strategy, planning, and implementation.
• Develop and review procedures for loan administration activities.
• Promote consistent execution of processes across markets and teams.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues impacting staff and customers.
• Monitor issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Support merger, acquisition, and other strategic lending projects.
• Assist with capacity and workforce planning.
