You will drive strategy, contracts, and execution across PMO standards while collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in defense or government programs.
• Minimum 8 years in a leadership role with program management exposure.
• Experience with continuous improvement; strong financial and contracting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for LMS programs and multi‑million contracts.
• Set strategic objectives for program management excellence and portfolio alignment.
• Oversee a diverse program portfolio with financial and customer commitments.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, recovery, and opportunities.
• Partner with executive team on proposals, negotiations, and business development.
• Drive resource alignment, risk management, and operational readiness with leaders.
