• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Manufacturing Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Aerospace/Defense experience preferred.
• Proficient with ERP/MES and data analytics tools.
• PM proficiency and knowledge of manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Operations Project Management professionals/supervisors.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, quality).
• Oversee vendor/supplier activities within budget.
• Analyze processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Allocate resources to meet project schedules and goals.
• Provide status reporting and risk management across projects.
