Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager for Program Control to lead budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring across aerospace programs.

You will guide a team, collaborate with engineering, finance, and project management, and ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets while upholding stringent quality standards. You will drive data-driven decisions, implement best practices in program scheduling and cost control, and deliver actionable insights to shape operational

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive experience in program control for aerospace programs.
• MBA or MS highly preferred for advanced analytical capabilities and leadership.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
• Hire, train, motivate, and coach staff; assess performance and provide feedback.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Analyze information and processes to develop more effective workflows.
