Qualifications

• 8–10 years of lending leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree and industry certifications (or IT certifications in lieu of a degree).
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial and real estate lending practices.
• Ability to interpret regulations affecting lending programs.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized Lending Center operations, ensuring service standards, production goals, and efficiency.
• Coach and develop Loan Underwriters, Processors, and the Lending Sales Manager to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics, workflow, and service levels to drive improvements.
• Partner with the Chief Lending Officer to grow consumer loan growth and align with strategic objectives.
• Exercise lending authority within established limits and ensure regulatory compliance.
