Responsibilities

• Direct mortgage lending activities, including origination and servicing strategies.
• Develop annual income and expense budgets for the Mortgage Lending Department.
• Supervise branch staff and coordinate performance reviews.
• Interface with vendors, regulatory bodies, and legal counsel as appropriate.
• Support Retail Operations and contribute to mortgage loan promotions.
