Qualifications

• Progressive lending leadership experience within a credit union or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, mortgage/real estate, and credit operations.
• Experience underwriting, lending compliance, risk management, and lending policies and procedures.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing lending teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Experience improving processes through technology, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
