You will guide current and future state, develop implementation plans, and partner with experts to maximize value. The role requires coaching leaders and sustaining continuous improvement across teams, with 40%-50% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or insurance operations preferred.
• Certifications in Lean or related continuous improvement methods are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Define current and future state with implementation plans and value realization.
• Build partnerships to embed continuous improvement across the organization.
• Apply standard Lean tools to develop insights and drive standard work.
• Ensure consistent delivery of agreed standard work.
• Lead training and problem-solving workshops with senior leaders.
• Coach sponsors and leaders to sustain improvements and management routines.
