The YMCA of Greater Seattle seeks an AVP of Information Technology & Enterprise Systems to lead technology strategy, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation. This senior role partners with Finance, HR, Philanthropy, Membership, Behavioral Health, and Operations to ensure technology investments support strategy and mission impact.

Formación

BS in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive information technology experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise technology environments.
Experience overseeing enterprise business systems and technology operations.
Strong experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic projects.

Responsabilidades

Develop and lead the organization's technology and digital transformation strategy.
Advise executives on cybersecurity, data strategy, and technology investments.
Align technology with organizational priorities and business needs.
Oversee governance, project portfolio management, and vendor relationships.
Lead data governance, analytics capabilities, and BI initiatives.
