Job summary

Seattle YMCA seeks an Associate Vice President of Information Technology & Enterprise Systems to drive technology strategy, manage enterprise systems, and advance digital transformation across the organization. This senior leader will ensure secure, scalable platforms and data governance to support mission impact and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive information technology experience including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's technology and digital transformation strategy.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, data strategy, AI, and technology investments.
• Align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and business needs.
• Lead governance, prioritization, and project portfolio management for enterprise tech.
• Oversee system upgrades, lifecycle planning, and vendor relationships.
