Job summary

American Jewish University seeks a Director of Information Technology & Enterprise Systems to lead the institution's technology strategy and enterprise systems. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the COO/CFO and oversees MSPs, cybersecurity, and critical enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes governance, digital transformation, cost management, and collaboration with executives to deliver measurable value across faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible IT, enterprise systems, or digital transformation experience.
• Experience managing technology vendors or outsourced technology services.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations or technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the University's technology and systems landscape.
• Oversee MSP relationship, governance, budgets, and performance.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and partner with external providers.
• Oversee enterprise systems, HR, LMS, identity management, and analytics.
• Partner with departments to gather requirements and drive IT projects to completion.
• Lead technology evaluations, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and reporting improvements.
• Ensure reporting, dashboards, and integrations support institutional effectiveness.
