Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Information Services, Finance, CPA (equivalent) or other studies, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years Information Services leadership experience and 15 years total relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 5 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance modules).
• 5 years experience with Oracle EPM and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop executive directors, directors, senior managers, managers and other staff.
• Collaborate with executives, directors, managers and other leaders across the system.
• Develop strategic plans for the IS organization and tactical plans for the Applications team.
• Develop, track and monitor budgets for the Applications team and participation in projects and support.
• Establish and maintain long-term vendor relationships to define and drive the application strategy and roadmap.
