Job summary

Seattle Convention Center seeks a Director of Information Services to lead technology strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. You will drive the multi-year IT plan, modernize operations, and align investments with business priorities while ensuring security and reliability for employees, tenants, and guests.

The role reports to the Chief Financial & Technology Officer (CFTO) and oversees IT, cybersecurity, BI, data governance, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent.
Six years IT management and contract administration experience.
Three years supervising professionals and project management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Information Services Strategic Plan.
Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives and improve processes.
Establish technology governance and align investments with priorities.
Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems.
Identify opportunities to implement AI for productivity and analytics.
Manage annual Information Services budgets.
