Pioneer Human Services in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology to lead organization-wide IT operations and strategy, aligning with the nonprofit’s mission and growth goals. You will guide infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and secure systems while collaborating with leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Extensive systems administration in aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years IT leadership and people management experience.
• 5+ years in telecom infrastructure services and support.
• 5+ years leading IT software acquisition, development and support services.
• 5+ years as software/database architecture expert in complex IT environments.
• 5+ years in current Microsoft software environments and platforms.
• 5+ years in ERP and/or EHR enterprise systems and support.
• 5+ years in systems integrations and middleware development.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT strategy aligned with business goals and organizational values.
• Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, manage IT professionals and lead retention efforts.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.

• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
