Job summary

Unum seeks an executive leader for CX Growth Analytics to drive Demand Generation growth through analytics, AI, and data strategy. Lead a technical team partnering with marketing, sales, finance, and GTM Value Stream to optimize the marketing-to-sales pipeline and attribution.

The role requires deep B2B analytics experience, programmatic leadership, and the ability to apply AI and automation to analytics delivery. This position is based in Portland, ME with collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years in Advanced Analytics or Technology, with marketing/demand/sales analytics exposure.
• Strong technical and leadership skills across SQL, Python, ML, data viz, and eng fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive growth analytics vision and strategy for addressable market and pipeline performance.
• Translate engagement data and outcomes into actionable insights for demand generation and sales.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks across Marketing, Field Effectiveness, Sales, and Finance.
• Model opportunity mix, pipeline conversion, and close ratios by segment to hit targets.
• Lead AI/automation and analytics delivery, with self‑service capabilities for scale.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage portfolio intake using agile methods.
