Job summary

VAST Data is seeking a Director of Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing in New York to lead our Paid Media and Campaigns team. This revenue-focused role will own strategy, execution, and optimization across digital channels, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to accelerate growth.

We value AI-driven approaches to demand generation, including agentic AI solutions, optimization, and funnel improvements.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
5+ years leading marketing teams.
Proven pipeline and revenue from paid media.
Strong analytics and attribution for funnels.
Experience with modern marketing tech and CRM.
Experience applying AI to demand generation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own digital demand generation strategy across paid media and campaigns.
Lead Paid Media, Campaign and Content Operations teams.
Drive net new leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Optimize funnel from Lead → MQL → SQO.
Manage paid acquisition across Search, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube.
Lead Content Operations to fuel paid media and campaign performance.
Build a culture of testing, measurement, and data-driven optimization.
Partner with Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Comms, Organic Social, Marketing Operations.
Leverage AI to improve campaign execution and efficiency.
