Unum is seeking a senior leader to drive business development strategy across direct channels and the Strategic Business Incubator portfolio. You will lead a market-facing team, acquiring early adopters for MVP products and shaping go-to-market plans while informing SBI MVP strategy with market feedback.

You will collaborate with SBI leaders, implement scalable sales processes, and manage partnerships with brokers, consultants, and client teams to fuel growth and adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years related experience.
• Strong accountability and teamwork required.
• Experience interfacing with employers, brokers, and industry conferences; ability to distill technical info into dialogue.

Responsabilidades
