Job summary

Unum seeks a senior leader to drive business development strategy across direct channels and the Strategic Business Incubator (SBI). You will acquire early adopters for MVP products, shape sales goals for later stages, and define marketing and sales paths for products transitioning from SBI.

Represent market feedback to SBI strategy. You will lead a team of Business Development Executives and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure scalable growth and successful product adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.
• 12+ years related leadership/sales experience in SaaS or benefits.
• Experience interfacing with employers, brokers, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy across direct and SBI channels.
• Define go-to-market and sales enablement for MVP products.
• Collaborate with SBI leaders to set annual goals and growth targets.
• Drive partnerships with brokers, consultants, and sales teams.
