Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive new business development plan to raise $5M across North Texas.
• Grow new company engagement by 25% to 50%.
• Identify and cultivate prospective corporate supporters.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee strategies to secure seven‑figure annual contributions and achieve portfolio penetration.
