Job summary

The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with extensive donor engagement, travel up to 75%, and a strong focus on transformational fundraising results within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising or outside sales experience, preferably with a voluntary health agency.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience. Coaching fundraising staff.
• Demonstrated track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals.
• Ability to travel locally approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Steward key donor relationships with Sr. Executive Director and deepen impact.
• Prospect and onboard corporate partners; manage top-30 prospect list.
• Position market for aggressive growth in unrestricted revenue via strong development staff and volunteers.
• Lead three direct reports and collaborate across campaigns for donor-first outcomes.
• Provide leadership direction and measurable goals; recruit and engage volunteers.
