Job summary
ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an AVP, AMS CRM Solution Consulting to own the pre-sales engine behind our AI-native CRM. You will lead a multi-layer team across the Americas, accountable for NNACV growth and the shift from demo-centric to POV-centric motions, building the Forward Deployed Engineer model and aligning field insight to product strategy.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience (10+ years) leading pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales organizations at scale.
- Leadership of managers and ICs within a large pre-sales team.
- Track record of owning/achieving ACV/NNACV targets in software/SaaS.
- Strong understanding of CRM market and AI disruption.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM NNACV growth and forecast technical win rates.
- Rebuild pre-sales talent around the Forward Deployed Engineer model.
- Drive transition from demo-centric to POV-centric pre-sales motions.
- Scale organization with AI automation and standardized POV frameworks.
- Reconnect field with CRM Product Management to influence roadmap.
