Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and surveillance of commercial real estate securitizations to support high-quality credit assessments and research.
• Analyze credit aspects of CMBS transactions, including property cash flows and transaction performance.
• Develop and maintain deal-level financial models to support rating surveillance and credit analysis.
• Formulate and substantiate credit opinions based on quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Serve as the lead ratings analyst for assigned transactions and present recommendations to rating committees.
• Communicate analytical conclusions and transaction updates during internal meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare accurate, insightful research publications and press releases.
• Conduct special research projects and contribute thought leadership initiatives.
