Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field with at least three years of credit analysis experience in structured finance
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as lead analyst for structured finance transactions, analyzing credit, structural, operational, and legal risks
• Analyze transaction performance, collateral characteristics, and structural features to form rating recommendations and credit opinions
• Model cash flows and review documentation to assess stress scenarios and performance outcomes
• Lead rating committees and present analyses of structures, legal considerations and risks
• Communicate with arrangers, issuers, investors, trustees, servicers, and external advisors
• Represent the team in operational reviews, issuer meetings, and investor forums
• Publish research including transaction reports, market commentary, and thought leadership on structured finance
• Monitor ratings and identify risks and trends across sectors
• Participate in special projects to enhance analytical frameworks and digital enablement initiatives
