Lead the analysis and surveillance of commercial real estate securitizations to support high-quality credit assessments and research.
Our Commercial Real Estate Finance team is responsible for monitoring and evaluating credit risk across commercial mortgage-backed securities and related structured finance products. The team combines deep market expertise, rigorous analytics, and independent credit judgment to provide investors with transparent and insightful ratings and research. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $161,500.00 - $234,250.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
