Job summary

• Lead and oversee the credit union's collections and recovery operations.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquencies and charge-offs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee third-party collection agencies, legal counsel, and recovery vendors.
• Monitor portfolio performance, trends, and KPIs; report to leadership.
