Qualifications

• MBA, JD or Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an analyst or in a related role involving credit analysis of CLOs or other structured credit transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analysis and recommendations to rating committees and external stakeholders
• Experience leading projects, cross-team collaboration, and sound judgment in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency and responsible AI use

Responsabilités

• Lead analytical leadership across quantitative, structural, and legal review of corporate CLO transactions to support high-quality ratings and research
• Analyze cash flow CLO structures and transaction documentation to determine credit risk and support rating outcomes
• Prepare rating committee memoranda and present clear, well-supported rating recommendations
• Conduct legal analysis of CLO transactions and asset-level documentation to assess credit impact and protections
• Communicate effectively with arrangers, issuers, investors, and external legal experts throughout the rating process
• Author publishable research, including transaction reports and industry articles, and deliver external presentations
• Participate in on-site operational reviews of issuers and contribute to special projects that enhance analytical frameworks
