Qualifications

• Experience with CLO structures financing middle-market and / or broadly syndicated loans.

Responsibilities

• Support the review and credit approval of CLO warehouse facilities.
• Analyze the quality of underlying collateral and assess market conditions.
• Prepare detailed credit memos for approval and present at credit committees.
