Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting or related field.
• 10+ years in business development and key accounts management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Cultivate relationships to become trusted advisor and develop key accounts.
• Represent company at industry conferences, meetings, and site visits.
• Lead proposals for new projects and programs; mentor junior team members.
