Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in delivering large technology programs and leading teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise technology initiatives, platform upgrades, cloud, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Claims Technology initiatives.
• Oversee Claims Management System deployment with governance and dependencies.
• Drive Claims 2.0 upgrade and cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, EDW, Security, Infra.
• Establish governance, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across programs.
• Foster enterprise-wide transformation, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing project-management team.
