The role focuses on driving process growth, standardization, efficiency, and automation across the global policy lifecycle, partnering with underwriting and operations across regions.

The candidate should bring 15+ years in commercial insurance operations, strong people leadership, and a track record of improving data integrity and regulatory

• 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance operations.
• Experience managing insurance policy lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and influence change.
• Strong emotional intelligence and leadership of people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global underwriting policy lifecycle processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Serve as Operations lead for North America, aligning with underwriting leadership.
• Own global data integrity for policy party data and systems of record.
• Manage regulatory reporting processes with focus on automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure policy system buildouts support objectives.
• Lead onshore team and manage key vendor relationships and SLAs.
