Lead a onshore team, partner with offshore providers, supervise data governance and regulatory reporting, and shape strategic outcomes for North America underwriting.

• Oversee regulatory reporting processes with a focus on automation.
• Guide policy administration system buildouts to align with strategic goals.
• Lead and manage onshore teams and oversee vendor relationships.
