Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, End-to-End (E2E) Program Manager, based in Boston, to drive large, cross-functional initiatives that shape how the company operates and scales globally.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable programs, coordinating underwriting, operations, finance, legal, compliance, technology, and external partners. Strong leadership and governance are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience in insurance or financial services.
Strong governance and executive-level communication.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience coordinating across multiple functions and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead large, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from initiation to rollout.
Define scope, goals, governance, and delivery approaches; maintain structure.
Drive day-to-day execution and track dependencies across workstreams.
Coordinate across underwriting, operations, finance, legal, compliance, tech and data.
Lead steering committees; provide status, risk visibility and timely decisions.
Drive business readiness and go-live planning and readiness activities.
Ensure enterprise-level visibility of objectives, impacts and timelines.
