Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer at ME I, II, or Sr to support electrical and avionics systems on carrier or hypersonic vehicles. You will create work instructions, drawings, and 2D/3D documentation, while liaising with technicians on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes process definition, part selection, and aerospace standard practices, with on-site work in Mojave, CA and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical avionics or launch vehicle integration.
• Familiarity with aerospace documentation and CAD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create work instructions to fabricate or modify electrical subsystems.
• Reference 3D CAD models and integrate into 2D environments.
• Support the shop floor as engineering liaison and troubleshoot tests.
