Job summary

Gogo Business Aviation is seeking a TierII Technical Support Representative to provide 24/7 technical assistance within its Business Aviation division. This role involves addressing complex technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aircraft system installation and troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years of product support experience in telecommunications or aviation.
• Safety-sensitive role subject to random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex technical questions for OEMs and customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to achieve timely resolution.
• Lead root cause investigations and provide insights.
