Job summary

USA-GBA Gogo Business Aviation LLC is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to act as a technical SME for legacy and current hardware platforms. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and external partners to resolve complex issues and enable product deployments across the fleet.

You will manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and create training materials, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides while supporting UAT and KPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years in product support, avionics, or aerospace or related technical discipline.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems and performing root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for Gogo legacy products and current hardware solutions.
• Manage and prioritize product support escalations for timely resolutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions with traceability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Support OEMs, MROs, installers, and customers through deployment and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to change control and coordinate escalation of complex challenges.
• Develop and deliver technical training, guides, and SOPs.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for hardware/software releases.
• Support KPI reporting and operational tooling.
• Provide on-site support for installations and AOG events.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and efficiency.
