Gogo is seeking an Technical Support Specialist (Activations Specialist) to precisely provision equipment and connectivity services for business aviation and government customers. You will ensure activation tasks align with aircraft configurations, enabling cockpit and cabin capabilities such as safety systems and data connectivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent technical field experience.
• 2–5 years in customer and product support in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Generate and manage service activation cases for dealers, OEMs, and customers.
• Review activation queues and perform provisioning tasks with precision.
