Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead front-line hiring across the US. This 6-month temporary role will source, interview, and match qualified applicants for hourly and salaried positions, building a robust candidate pipeline using creative marketing, social media, referrals, and partnerships.

You will assess technical and interpersonal skills, manage interviews, and drive hiring metrics. Experience with Taleo and end-to-end recruitment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of recruiting work experience.
• 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field is a plus.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in research and sourcing through direct channels and social media.
• End-to-end recruitment strategies to generate candidates and pipelines.
• Strong communication with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute efforts to support front-line hiring needs.
• Source, interview and match qualified applicants for hourly and salaried positions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for new hire classes.
• Post positions on ATS, social media and job boards; engage in job fairs.
• Coach Hiring Managers on staffing processes and selection methods.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end from initial contact through onboarding.
