Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruiting strategy and execution for Facilities and Aviation operations across the United States. You will build regional TA teams, partner with HR and Operations leaders, and develop reliable pipelines for a range of operational roles.

The role requires 3–5+ years of TA experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in ATS and background screening.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience, preferably with team leadership.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within facilities services, maintenance, hospitality, logistics, aviation, or similar environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employment compliance and background screening; TSA/SIDA experience a plus.
• Proactive, results-driven leader with strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-volume and specialized recruiting strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional Talent Acquisition teams.
• Manage recruiting for operational, technical, supervisory, and management roles.
• Oversee background checks, drug screening, and airport security credentialing.
• Build relationships with community organizations, employment agencies, and educational institutions.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Monitor key recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
• Partner with HR and Operations leadership to anticipate workforce needs and support business growth.
