Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and frontline roles across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with Workday in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement practices.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing recruiting data, workforce trends, and hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and MS Office skills, with knowledge of employment legislation and recruiting compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned salaried, professional, and leadership positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer administration, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and hiring timelines aligned with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a Centre of Excellence resource by providing guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning.
• Support high-volume frontline hiring initiatives, seasonal recruitment campaigns, and workforce ramp-up activities across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, recruitment marketing, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and workforce trends to identify challenges, improve hiring outcomes, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and deliver recruiting tools, training, and resources that enhance recruiter and hiring manager effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, EEO requirements, and recruiting procedures.
