Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies seeks an Operations Supervisor-Customer Service to lead safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction at the Charlotte facility. You will ensure staff comply with Inland policies and government regulations while coordinating with the Aviation service teams.

In this on-site role, you will mentor staff, audit station performance, address airline and FAA inquiries, and partner with operations leadership to maintain top-tier service and asset protection in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years experience in a Lead role preferred.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to listen, interpret information, and present reports clearly.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and keep the location updated on new developments.
• Focus on customer service, customer retention and relationships to maintain quality.
• Assist with station audits and respond to airline and FAA inquiries.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling and training; support promotions of staff.
• Audit activities to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and asset protection.
