Job summary

Greenview Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round openings onsite.

You will build durable pipelines, manage the ATS, coordinate candidate progress from sourcing to offer, and provide timely reporting and market insights to support hiring decisions. Travel up to 40% may be required to support business units and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting for trades like landscaping or construction is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and crew roles.
• Coordinate candidate progress from sourcing through offer.
• Post jobs, manage ATS data, and track recruiting analytics.
• Develop pipelines with universities, trade schools, and community orgs.
• Support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding as needed.
