Job summary

Hartzell Engine Technologies LLC is seeking a technically skilled professional to independently resolve moderately complex aircraft engine and system component issues, support product implementations, and provide advanced customer support. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to improve outcomes.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent technical background, 2–4 years of GA power systems experience, and current A&P certification.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of HET products and GA aircraft systems.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving moderately complex customer issues on piston and turbine GA aircraft.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical background preferred.
• 2–4 years in technical support/field service with GA power systems; A&P/IA preferred.
• Works under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolves moderately complex aircraft engine and system issues.
• Supports product implementation activities.
• Provides advanced customer support.
• Collaborates with engineering, production, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve recurrent issues; document outcomes.
• Maintain timely case documentation and follow‑up.
