Job summary

Hartzell Propeller LLC, a world-class engineering and manufacturing company, seeks a skilled technical support professional to assist customers and maintainers of Hartzell products. You will help diagnose issues, train operators, and contribute to manuals and service literature.

The role emphasizes warranty analysis, field support, and on-site training while collaborating with the Product Engineering Group to resolve product issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for customers/maintainers of Hartzell Propeller products.
• Provide warranty processing support, analysis and reporting.
• Assist with development of maintenance manuals and service literature.
• Provide feedback to engineering regarding product issues and improvement opportunities.
• Attend IA seminars and trade shows to provide technical support and training.
• Develop and lead maintenance training programs/presentations for Hartzell products.
