Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects nationwide, including aviation-focused work. You will oversee materials, equipment, people management and ensure documentation and schedules align with goals for timely, profitable completion.

This role requires travel across the United States and collaboration with owners, design teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on schedule, with opportunities for advancement and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Experience working on Aviation type projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors others to promote injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA for the project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress/project reviews.
